McCreary County Chamber of Commerce
2026 Scholarship Application
Each year, the McCreary County Chamber of Commerce takes pride in awarding a $500 scholarship to a qualified graduating high school senior. The scholarship criteria is based on the applicant’s scholastic achievement, interest in continuing education, participation and leadership in school and community activities and reputation for good citizenship and moral character.
Students will be required to submit a creative writing response which will be reviewed by the McCreary County Chamber of Commerce, or a subsequent scholarship committee. Writing responses will be judged on content, creativity, quality, and structure.
